Russ Franklin is the Founder and Executive Director of R.E.A.L. MEN Ministry located in SW Florida; a training and discipleship mens ministry.  He has been a Christian since childhood, but re-dedicated his life to following God’s calling in 1997.  He and his wife Karen have been married since 2000 and have 2 children.

Originally from Pittsburgh, PA and a resident of SW Florida since 2003, Russ has been in ministry since 1998 and has focused specifically on ministry to men since 2000.  He is the National Men’s Director for Association of Evangelical Gospel Assemblies (AEGA), is an ordained  pastor, and certified Christian counselor. RMM is a partner with Florida Men of Integrity (FMI), and Russ is a conference speaker for FMI Iron Sharpens Iron and the FMI GodMen conferences.  Russ helps pastors bridge the gap between themselves and their congregation by training men’s leaders throughout the US.

Locally he is active in his community as a member of the Christian Chamber of Commerce, member of the Evangelical Minister Association, Board Member for Our Daily Bread Food Pantry and founding partner of the Ministry to Men Coalition of SW Florida.
